Description: Have you ever wanted your own greenhouse, but you do not know where to begin? Do you currently have a greenhouse and simply want to brush up on your skills? Maybe you simply want to cut costs at the grocery store by raising your own vegetables all season long. Whatever the case, our Greenhouse Workshop is for you!

Join us at N.C. Cooperative Extension, Currituck County Center on Wednesday, January 12, 2022, from 1:00 - 3:00 pm. and learn the basics of greenhouse management. This course will cover various containers used in greenhouse production, media choices, basic fertilization, pest control, ventilation, record keeping, and includes an on-site tour of a working greenhouse. Currently, masks are not required for indoor in-person classes but are encouraged for unvaccinated individuals.
