Are you planning to do some canning this year to take advantage of your garden produce?  The Granville County Extension Office is joining other Family Consumer Science Extension Agents across the district to offer a home food preservation series every other week on Thursdays from 6:30pm- 8:30pm starting Thursday, April 14th, 2022. These workshops are part of a6-session series discussing topics related to home food preservation, such as pressure canning, boiling water canning, freezing, sweet spreads and fermentation.
