Description:

Are you interested in learning more about specialty fruit and vegetable production and market opportunities?

Join Dr. Kathleen Liang, Co-Director of the Center for Environmental Farming Systems (CEFS), for Financials and the Market for Specialty Vegetables on Thursday, January 13th from 6:00 – 7:30pm OR Friday, January 14th from 4:00 – 5:30pm. This FREE, VIRTUAL workshop is being held twice; each session will cover the same information so sign up for whichever time works best for you!

Dr. Liang will share data collected from the Small Farm Unit of CEFS’ Field Research, Education, and Outreach Facility located at Cherry Research Farm in Goldsboro, N.C., where specialty produce has been growing. Dr. Liang will unpack this data and share insights on production. The workshop will also dive into the financial side of producing these fruits and vegetables. We hope to see you there!
