This month Adrienne Roethling, Director of the Paul J. Ciener Botanical Garden, will present about Xeric Gardening. Check our Eventbrite for registration information as the event approaches. Registration will open 2 weeks before the program date.
Class description: Xeric scree refers to an arid environment where plants thrive in hot, dry, and often hilly or mountainous habitats. Gardeners can create this environment at home. The program will discuss plants that thrive in a xeric environment.
This class is part of the Forks on Friday series. Enjoy your lunch while learning gardening skills at these classes on Fridays from 12:00 - 1:00 PM. Programs will be held in-person at the N.C. Cooperative Extension, Forsyth County Center, 1450 Fairchild Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27105.
