Job Description State Program Leader for Evaluation and Accountability. Provides statewide leadership to Specialists and Field Faculty in program development, program planning, implementation and evaluation to promote accountability and align practices to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of NC State Extension. Responsible for ensuring NC State Extension meets all federal, state and local funding and reporting requirements; program impact results are communicated to relevant stakeholder groups; and compliance with federal civil rights obligations are maintained.
