The event is free for any NCSU or NCA&T employees that would like to attend, they should register through the internal XLMS system. Otherwise, this workshop is $30 to attend and includes a light breakfast and catered lunch.

-Investigate pH testing for items like home-canned pickles and water activity testing for dehydrated foods
-Fine tune a food label
