Happy Trails will have one two day horse camp July 22 & 23, 2021 9am -3pm. Happy Trails will be held at the Currituck County Rural Center in Powells Point NC. Camp is open to youth ages 7-12. Participants will learn basic horse care, riding techniques, different horse breeds and learn about other 4-H horse programs that does not require you the own a horse.
Participants will need to bring a bag lunch a snack and wear closed toed shoes. Bottled water will be provided.
Cost will be $15 to cover educational supplies, horses and camp insurance.

Currently, in-person classes require masks to be worn for the duration of the class without exception. If you arrive without a mask one will be provided for you. We ask all participants to maintain six feet of distance while on the premises. We are following the current North Carolina mandates.
