Tanya Binafif

As the County Extension Director and 4-H Youth Development Agent for Lincoln County, I oversee the strategic vision and daily operations of our local Extension office while directly empowering youth ages 5 to 18 through hands-on education. I am dedicated to equipping the next generation with essential life and leadership skills through engaging STEM initiatives, including Veterinary Science, Animal Science, and Drone Education, as well as our interactive Mobile 4-H Farm. By partnering with local schools, managing our incredible adult volunteers, and delivering diverse programming through community clubs and school enrichment, I work to foster positive youth development and ensure our Extension services meet the evolving needs of our entire community.
