Job Description As coordinator of EFNEP at NC State University, I oversee the implementation of the program throughout the state and to ensure alignment with EFNEP's federal policy. I provide leadership to regional supervisors, develop a long-term program plan, evaluate and report program impacts, promote collaborations both internally and externally, and practice good stewardship of EFNEP's fiscal resources. I work closely with the EFNEP coordinator at our sister institution, NC A & T State University. In partnership with colleagues across the university, the state, and the nation, I work to assure current nutrition education research and best practices are being applied to the implementation of the program in North Carolina.
