Darleen Hodge

Coordinates and leads the Juntos program in Duplin County, supporting students and their families in achieving educational success, particularly during middle and high school. Plans and facilitates workshops, events, and activities that help families understand the education system, prepare for college, and strengthen communication between parents, schools, and the community. Collaborates with school staff, community partners, and volunteers, while also managing outreach and recruiting families to participate in the program. Tracks program outcomes and provide culturally responsive support to ensure the program is effective and meets the needs of participants.
