Registration

The registration fee is $80 per person if they work at a NC operation, and $225 if they work at an out-of-state operation. It includes training, educational materials, CD with proceedings, lunch and snacks. Make check or money order in US dollars payable to NORTH CAROLINA STATE UNIVERSITY. You may pre-register online by clicking here. If you need to register several people from the same company you can use our multiple registration form.

Cancellation Policy

If NCSU cancels a program, a full reimbursement of fees will be made. However, in the event the participant needs to cancel, a written notice (fax is acceptable) is required. A $30 fee will be charged for cancellation four or more business days before the starting date of the program.

No reimbursement will be made if cancellation occurs within three business days of the program, or if the participant fails to attend. Substitutions will be accepted in most cases.
