(Course Code 045127). This session will provide 2.5 hours of credit in categories L, N, D & X.

ServSafe: Food Safety Certification Course

ServSafe is a 16 hour food certification course which teaches cost-effective food safety practices for foodservice managers, supervisors, and other personnel in restaurants, hospitals, nursing homes, child care facilities, school cafeterias and other food-handling establishments.

The course will be held on the following days:

Monday, September 15, 2008 -- Thursday, September 18, 2008

1:00pm - 5:00pm (each day)

Monday, September 22nd. - 9:00am (exam administration)
