washed and ready to prep for making hot pepper jelly - YUM! |

| Amy cuts up the peppers to put
into the food processer. Her kitchen is inspected by the NC Department
of Agriculture since she makes value-added products for sale to
the public. |

Amy fills sterilized jars with the finished and still-hot pepper
jelly. Amy produces all kinds of value-added products from vegetables
grown on her farm, including relishes, jams and jellies, pickles,
and more.
