ServSafe Food Safety Certification Course

ServSafe is a 16 hour Food Safety Certification Course, which teaches cost-effective food safety practices for your operation. The curriculum was designed by the Educational Foundation of the National Restaurant Association. Successful completion of the course allows a food service establishment in the state of North Carolina to receive two additional points on their health inspection.  

Who Should Attend:                                                                                                          

Foodservice managers, supervisors and other personnel in restaurants, hospitals, nursing homes, child-care facilities, school cafeterias and other food-handling establishments.
