A motion was made and passed to add a meeting with Dr. Stephen Jones, vice chancellor for Extension and Engagement, to the agenda for discussion today. Denise Brown and David Goff will represent Federation in a meeting on April 2, 2002 to discuss how NCCE can assist Extension and Engagement. Dr. Ort is looking to Federation to take a more active role as a “membrane” between all the associations and administration. One step is for Federation to understand Dr. Jones vision and NCCE administration wants Federation to be involved in the Extension and Engagement process.
Epsilon Sigma Phi requested $200 from Federation for partial funding to support the attendance of the PILD coordinator to the PILD Conference. A motion was made and passed that Federation not provide support for attendance at the PILD conference.
Motion to adjourn passed.
