The course covers handling food, fromreceiving and storing to preparing and serving. It gives science-based information on how to run a safe establishment.
Thisis a 14-hour class to be held at the Bertie Ag. Building, 104 Lancaster Ave. WindsorNC in the Community Room. Classes will begin promptly at 9:00 am.
August 10-11th 9:00am – 5:00 pm August 12th 9-11:00 am Test
Registration Fee Schedule $125 (includes ServSafe 7th edition book & exam sheet)
Registration fees dueby deadline: July15, 2022 for Bertie Class
Fees are non-refundable but are transferable to another person.
