Join Cherokee County 4-H for a fun-filled day on November 24, 2021, for a Holiday Workshop. We will be making some holiday crafts, treats, and just having fun. We will make a centerpiece for Thanksgiving or Christmas, as well as, all kinds of Christmas related crafts.
The workshop will begin at 8:30 a.m. and end at 4:30 p.m. at the N.C. Cooperative Extension, Cherokee County Extension Meeting Room, at 699 Conaheeta Street, in Murphy. Supplies and snacks are included in the workshop cost. The workshop is open to all youth ages 5-13 and cost only $35.00. Youth will have to bring a lunch for the day.
There is a minimum registration of 5 youth and a maximum of 14 youth. You must register and pay by November 19. Payment(cash or check) can be sent or brought into N.C. Cooperative Extension, Cherokee County Center, at 40 Peachtree Street, in Murphy. Checks need to be made to Cherokee County 4-H. Registration must be done through 4-H Online to fill out the forms. The website to register youth is 4-H Online 2.0, youth can register as a participant or become a 4-H member. Once on the website fill out the forms for a member or a participant and go to events and register for the event, 4-H Holiday Workshop. If joining 4-H and you are not sure which club to join for this activity then just join our Cherokee County 4-H at Large Club.
