Join North CarolinaCooperative Extension and NC Choices for a live virtual presentation on allmatters dealing with selling locally produced meats. Margaret Ross, ExtensionArea Specialized Poultry Agent - Jones County Center, will discuss rules forselling poultry and egg laws. Taylor Chavis, Extension Livestock Agent - RobesonCounty Center, and Stefani Sykes, Extension Livestock Agent - Wayne CountyCenter, will give tips on marketing your local meat and pricing strategies.
