Accurate records are essential for ensuring accountability as well as documenting club growth. The Forms, Guidelines, and Procedures section is designed to be a ‘one-stop shop’ for many of the required forms and guidelines discussed throughout the clubs manual.
Below are quick links to commonly used documents for our 4-H club youth and volunteers. In addition we have created Club Packets, a compilation of forms that are designed to support your 4-H club orientations and trainings. Please note that you are welcome to add any additional forms you feel are appropriate.
