Directions:
preheat oven to 400 F°. Combine bread crumbes, flour, paprika, poultry seasoning, garlic powder, thyme, and pepper. Stir until well blended. Add oil slowly, tossing with fork to distribute evenly.
Moisten chicken with water. Roll in coating mixture. Place in a single layer on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 F°. 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in the middle. Yields 8 servings.
