Pastor's Glorious Fresh Fruit Salad

2 thinly sliced, unpeeled apples (preferably the harder type like McIntosh, Winesap, Red Delicious, Empire and Cortland)
1 C. seedless green or red grapes
2 sliced bananas
1 (16 oz.)can pineapple chunks, drained
1 C. cantaloupe, cut up (optional)
2 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced.


Per Serving: 200 calories, 1 g. fat, 8 g. protein, 169 mg sodium, 6 mg cholesterol
