Hardiness Zones: 6 to 8 Habit: Deciduous vine with medium texture. Exposure/Culture: Sun to shade, soil tolerant. Climbing Method /Spread: Clinging with aerial roots. 20 to 30' height; intial growth rate is slow. Foliage/Flower/Fruit: Young leaves reddish green, 8" white flower clusters in midsummer. Cultivars: 'Moonlight' - white, flowers, blue green foliage with a silvery overlay. 'Roseum' - flowers have rose pink tint. Comments: Tolerant of hot, wet summers, flowers best in full sun. |
