To help manage body weight and prevent gradual, unhealthy
weight gain in adulthood, we are encouraged to engage in at least 30
minutes of moderate physical activity on most days of the week. Dressing
comfortably and safely will make being active much more pleasant. Dressing
for physical activity does not need to be expensive. If you are going
to the gym or walking around your neighborhood T-shirts and shorts are
perfectly appropriate. T-shirts are considered by many to be the most
comfortable workout garment for the upper body. Many people find a breathable
synthetic T-shirt to be the most comfortable. For clothing that dries
quickly and whisks moisture away from the skin, choose T-shirts and shorts
