Road Construction on NC 24/27 Highway in front of Stanly County Agri-Civic Center. Road Construction continues on NC 24/27 in front of the Stanly County Agri-Civic Center at this time. However, Newt Road is open from the highway after having been redesigned - no need for detours at this time. Stanly County Farmer's Market at Market Station in downtown Albemarle Stanly County Farmer's Market 2008 Hours of Operation have changed slightly and are as follows: June-July-August, 2008, Each Wednesday and Saturday, Hours: 7 am - 1 pm September - November 1, 2008, Saturdays Only, Hours: 7 am - 1 pm Reminder: Vendors are required to have an annual farm visit prior to seeing at the market. Please contact NC Cooperative Extension at 704.983.3987 to schedule a date and time for your farm visit. Please schedule your visit at least a week before you plan to sell at the market. A new fee schedule has been adopted and is based upon the number of times you sell at the market. 1-3 times = $10 and 4 or more times = $20.
