The Watershed Education for Communities and Officials (WECO) program is dedicated to facilitating watershed planning at the local level in North Carolina. A program of the North Carolina Cooperative Extension Service, WECO brings watershed stakeholders together to find collaborative solutions to water quality problems in their watershed.
