Support North Carolina Cooperative Extension in Scotland County  The North Carolina Cooperative Extension Development Foundation and the Scotland County Center are joining together to offer an opportunity to purchase William Mangum's "Carolina Preserves" book. "Carolina Preserves" is a 164 page coffee table book that measures 16" x14". Renowned North Carolina artist William Mangum offers a unique perspective of our state, with reflections from some of North Carolina's most unique personalities. "Carolina Preserves", which normally sells for $95 is on sale now for $40 in Scotland County to support the local Cooperative Extension office. Autographed copies are available while supplies last.
