Public Speaking is one skill that is taught and reinforced through the 4-H program.  Each year, Rowan County youth have the opportunity to participate in 4-H public speaking classes to help overcome the number one fear of speaking in front of groups.  Youth can also demonstrate their skills by competing in several public speaking and 4-H presentations competitions.
