As a parent, I am sure that you are constantly looking for ways to let your child know just how “crazy” you are about them. Urie Bronfenbrenner, co-founder of Head Start and a renowned expert on child development, also believes that a child’s environment and their interaction with the larger community have a huge impact on their development. With this in mind, it is our job as parents to do our best to provide a loving, nurturing, and safe environment in our homes and in our communities. To put it simply . . . Family Matters!
