LMS Post-Event Evaluation Report - Help Aid

Please follow the instructions below to complete a post-event evaluation report for the State Extension Conference 2005:

• Go to: http://www.ces.ncsu.edu/pods/ and under the section “Learning Management System”, click on the link "iLMS", or
  
  Go to: http://intra.ces.ncsu.edu/DeskRef/AdmApps.html and under the section Extension Learning Management System, click on the link “Interim Extension Learning Management System”.
  
• On the first login page, click on the Continue Login button.
  
• On the next login page, enter your unity ID and password and click Login.
  
• After successful login, you should see a page that looks like following:

• Click on Instructor link. You should see a menu which looks like the following:

• Click on Event Report link. The following page should look like the figure below:

• You can filter this event listing using the drop-down menus on top of the page. By default, the page shows the future events sorted by name. From the drop-down menu on the left, you can choose All, Current, Future and Past events, and from the menu on the right you can choose to sort the listing either by date or by event name.
• Click on the ER link next to the event/session.This link will take you to the Evaluation Report for the corresponding event/session.
