

LMS Event Registration Help Aid
Please follow the instructions below to register for events for the Regional Extension Conference 2008:
- Go to: http://www.ces.ncsu.edu/pods/ and under the section “Learning Management System”, click on the link "LMS", or
Go to: http://intra.ces.ncsu.edu/DeskRef/AdmApps.html and under the section Extension Learning Management System, click on the link “Extension Learning Management System”.
- On the first login page, click on the Continue Login button.
- On the next login page, enter your unity ID and password and click Login.
- After successful login, you should see a page that looks like following:
From here on, the Event Registration page has been broken down into several screenshots to explain the different sections of the page.

Select "Registrar". This will take you to a page with the following menu on it:
- This page lists:
- the events that you are confirmed to attend, and
- the events that you are not confirmed to attend
- Click on "Search for Events and Register".
- This will take you to the Registrar Search page, as shown below:

- On this page, you can select a event type from the drop-down list to see a list of events of that type. For example, select Extension Conference from the drop-down list.
- Check the box beside the event's name, which you want to register for. For example, the event titled "NCCE Awards Luncheon" is checked in the picture above. You can also click the Details link beside a event's title to learn more about the event.
- Please note that you can register for multiple events at a time by checking the boxes next to the corresponding events' titles.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page. The bottom section looks like following:
- From the drop-down menu, select the organization that you are affiliated with. For example, NCCES.
- Click the "Submit" button to register for the event.
