Stink Bug Species and Tarnished Plant Bug

- Discribe temporal and spatial movement in North Carolina agricultural ecosystems.
- Document local migration patterens.
- Determine migration patterns from various field borders into cotton fields.
- Examine impact on cotton yields in order to develop a working action threshold.
- Determine vertical distribution on corn plants to enhance scouting efficiency.
- Evaluate side-dress applications of insecticides to contol tarnished plant bugs in cotton.
