Money IN/Money
OUT
What it is and what you will do.....
|
-
Money IN/ Money OUT is a series of workshops
that will help you
learn basic money management techniques. Be prepared to work,
have fun, and make some new friends while you learn.
- You are expected to attend each session and participate in
the activities. Some information will not be meaningful if you do
not apply it to your personal situation.
- You will be asked to think about the way you and your family
handle money and make some behavior changes. Change is
sometimes difficult.
- Personal information will not be shared with the group. You
do not have to reveal anything about your personal finances.
- You will:
- analyze your current financial situation
- develop a plan for spending and saving
- set a personal credit limit
- organize your financial records and
learn how to get additional help with money management and
investing.
- As a result, you can:
- reduce your debt
- increase your saving
- increase your net worth and
feel more secure about your family's finances.
- Money IN/Money OUT is an educational
program provided by the
Cooperative Extension Service, a national resource of
tax-supported, experienced educators. Instructors are field
faculty of North Carolina State University and North Carolina
A&T State University.
