Agricultural Field Day

 The Agricultural Field Day took place at the Roxboro Optimist Park. This is a special event for area 5th graders that was held on Friday, September 16 from 9am-2pm. We had representatives from 15 local organizations speak and present information on a variety of topics including dairy cattle, water quality, quilting, vegetables, and both traditional and modern agricultural equipment and methods. We had roughly 200 5th graders from Person County Schools come out to the Roxboro Optimist Park to attend this educational and fun-filled event. | ||
