*Assist with Out-for-Lunch Program * Teach EFNEP (Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program) participants about the importance of good nutrition
* Help participants shop wisely for food
* Assist participants in preparing meals and nutritious snacks
* Educate pregnant women about good nutrition for two
* Instruct women on how to feed their babies properly
* Work with Expanded Out-for-Lunch provide by North Carolina Cooperative Extension Service & The Albemarle Smart Start Partnership for Children for families of Pasquotank County with children 0 to 5 years of age that are not receiving assistance

* October 21-24, 2002 - Completed Adult-EFNEP Specialized Training
* March 9, 1998 - Completed training in the Breastfeeding Bootcamp
* December 10, 1997 - Completed training in the National Nutrition Education Curriculum, Eating Right is Basic, 3rd Edition

Education

* 1985 - Associate degree in Business Administration from College of the Albemarle
