Responsibilities

Provide administrative and program support to the County Extension Director. Generate and maintain budgets, grants, personnel related records, fund accountability and routine state and county reports. Assist in training and orientation of new personnel and serve as a general resource to all staff.

An active member of the North Carolina Cooperative Extension Secretaries Association. Has served as District Treasurer, President, 1st and 2nd Vice President.

Married to Lee T. Harvey, originally of Bournemouth England.
Daughter Catherine Annette married to Scott T. Mobley, and daughter Beverly Yvonne married to T. Daniel Quinn. Both reside in Richlands NC.
Grandson, Logan Quade Mobley, age 2.

Interests include renovating our home which was built in 1915, scrapbooking, reading, cross stitching, and music (piano, banjo and hammered dulcimer).
