Constructed Wetlands
Project (3)

An irrigation pipe from the former lagoon (now to be used as an irrigation water holding pond) needed to be installed beneath the wetland cells. As the trench was dug, variously colored soil layers were exposed. The white layer was a very fine sand; so fine, it was like powdered sugar. The other layers had varying amounts of clay, sand, and organic material.
