Wells & Septic Systems:
|

About the Course
Discovery of a poorly maintained well or septic system after closing on a property can be disastrous for your client. Learn to recognize the "red flags" that indicate problems. This workshop is your best opportunity to get the facts about wells and septic systems and raise your confidence level when advising clients about homes that are not on city water and/or sewer.
