Permeable Lagoon Cover
Project (4)

The cover is permeable, which means that rain can still enter the lagoon. It also means that lagoon water comes back through the cover when someone stands on it! Yes, the cover can be walked on. In fact, it is like walking on a giant waterbed. If you keep moving, you won't get your feet wet.

The above photo shows a sampling access tube being installed. This tube extends through the cover, so liquid samples can be collected.
