Symptoms of heat exhaustion:
    cramps
    weakness
    dizziness
    clammy skin
    slow, weak pulse
    complexion pale or flushed
Symptoms of heat stroke:
    high temperature,
    hot, flushed, dry skin
    increased blood pressure
    weakness
    pounding pulse
