The anonymous post evaluations were overwhelmingly positive. It was noted that Sarah and Peggie’s teaching style allowed the participants to feel comfortable in their environment and each evaluation boasted more confidence and education to move forward in their canning ventures. Sarah and Peggie’s goal is to have a yearly class to help the citizens make more independent steps in their canning experiences.
