Below you will find information pertaining to individual registrations for this conference.
Conference registration includes Tuesday night opening reception, Wednesday and Thursday continental breakfast, snacks, Wednesday and Thursday lunches. Online registration deadline for all conference activities is September 10, 2010 at 5pm EDST.
Standard Registration and At-the-Door Fees:
- Standard late registration: $175
- NCUFC Member or Tree Board Member: $155
- Group Rate (3 or more people)/person $150
- Single-day rate on either 9/15 or 9/16 for $85
Banquet, NCUFC Business Meeting, and Workshop
- Pre-conference Workshop on Marketing Trees, September 14, 2010 - 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.: $25.00
- NC Urban Forest Council Business Meeting, September 14, 2010 - 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. All conference participants are welcome.
- Opening Reception and Awards Banquet at the Sheraton, September 14, 2010 - 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (no fee to attend, but conference registration is required)
Online registration for this conference is now closed. However, we welcome your call to register by phone before noon on Monday, September 13, 2010. Call the Forestry and Environmental Outreach Program office at 919-515-9563.
Walkins at this conference are welcome, however please see registration fees listed above.
Cancellations To cancel your participation and qualify for a full refund, the notice of cancellation must be sent in writing (US Mail, email, or fax) before August 1 when the late registration period begins. If cancellation is made on or after August 1, but prior to September 4, a refund of 75% of your registration fees paid will be mailed within 60 days after the conference. It is not possible to provide a refund after September 4 since conference expenses will have already been incurred. It is always recommended that you consider sending a substitute rather than lose the value of the conference completely. Please contact our office ASAP when planning to send a substitute.
