Conference registration includes Tuesday night opening reception, Wednesday and Thursday continental breakfast, snacks, Wednesday and Thursday lunches and pre-conference tours.

REGISTRATION FEES

Early Registration (received before July 31, 2008)

  • Standard early registration: $130
  • NCUFC Member or Tree Board Member: $110
  • Group Rate (3 or more people)/person $105

Late Registration (starting August 1, 2008)

  • Standard late registration: $165
  • NCUFC Member or Tree Board Member: $145
  • Group Rate (3 or more people)/person $140

One-day Registration for TCUSA Luncheon $30
(Luncheon will be held on Thursday, Sept. 11, additional payment only required if not attending rest of conference).

Tours and Workshops September 9, 2008

  • Project Learning Tree Workshop, 9 am to 5 pm: $15.00
  • UNC Greensboro Campus Walking Tour: (included in full registration price)
  • Rain Garden Field Trip (included in full registration price)
  • Opening Reception at the Greensboro Marriott (included in full registration prices, however registration is required)

Tours and Workshops September 11, 2008

  • TreeCity USA Luncheon: $30.00 (no charge for full conference attendees, however registration is required)

There are several methods for payment and registration

  1. To print a PDF document containing the registration form that can be used to register by mail CLICK HERE. You may use this registration form to make payments with checks or Mastercard of Visa. Check should be made payable to: NC Urban Forest Council and mailed to the address indicated on the form. The Federal Tax ID number for the NC Urban Forest Council is 56-1962469.
  2. Instant on-line registration using Mastercard or Visa is available at the FEOP Registration Store,

  3. You may fax your registration form with credit card or invoicing information to 919-515-6883.

Cancellations

To cancel your participation and qualify for a full refund, the notice of cancellation must be sent in writing (US Mail, email, or fax) before August 1 when the late registration period begins. If cancellation is made on or after August 1, but prior to September 4, a refund of 75% of your registration fees paid will be mailed within 60 days after the conference. It is not possible to provide a refund after September 4 since conference expenses will have already been incurred. It is always recommended that you consider sending a substitute rather than lose the value of the conference completely. Please contact our office ASAP when planning to send a substitute.
