Conference sponsorship opportunities...
are available for organizations that wish to invest in the success of the conference and the subsequent outcomes of such an important gathering. Below is a general description of the two sponsorship levels including the benefits provided to the sponsoring organization. Premier Sponsorship Level: $5,000 to $7,500
- Premier Sponsors will host specific events during the meeting, such a Banquet or Reception, or a Luncheon, with priorities depending on remaining events available. A sign recognizing sponsorship will be prominently displayed at the sponsored event.
- Up to four representatives from the organization will be invited to attend the full conference as guests and will be recognized at the hosted event. If the event permits, the representatives will be seated at a head table. Representatives will be recognized at the opening session.
- Sponsoring organizations may use a dedicated display table provided to meet participants and to make available literature at all poster sessions. The tables provided will be six foot covered, skirted display tables with four chairs. The company may also provide a display that would fit on such a table. Electricity may be available upon request (we suggest you bring your own extension cords).
- Name and logo recognition will be provided on all web and printed materials including.
the printed conference packet, on the conference web page and the post-conference resource CD.
- Announcement of all sponsors will be made at the beginning of the meeting and a poster with all sponsors names will be displayed during the entire meeting. All sponsors will be recognized on all web and printed materials.
- All sponsorship gifts will be used for general conference expenses, unless otherwise directed in writing at the time of the gift.
Excellence Sponsorship Level: $2,000 to $4,999
- Excellence Level Sponsor s will be recognized at the beginning of the meeting through announcements and signs posted throughout the meeting.
- Two representatives from the organization will be invited to attend the full conference as guests and will be recognized at the opening session.
- Sponsoring organizations may use a dedicated display table provided to meet participants and to make available literature at all poster sessions.
