Registering to Attend the Conference

Advanced registration for this conference is now closed.

If would like to participate, please call the conference registrar at 919-515-9563, or register on site with Mastercard or Visa during the Tuesday, November 10 Welcome Reception or at 7:30 am at the NC Biotechnology Center.

The registration fee for professionals is $295, and $200 for students. The registration fee is to be paid in US dollars.

Cancellation Policy
Should it become necessary to cancel your registration, you must do so in writing by fax or email to the conference contact person listed below. If proper notice of cancellation is received on or before September 20, 2009, a full refund of the registration fee will be made. If notice of cancellation is received between September 21 and October 27, the registration fee will be refunded less a 20% service charge. It is not possible to refund any portion of the registration fee after October 27, 2009. In this situation we advise that a substitute participant be chosen. Conference organizers reserve the right to cancel this event should it become necessary for reason.
