field trip is currently FULL! Please ask when you check in for the conference
if space is available.

Final Registration Deadline is October 25, 2004.
Fees
The standard registration fee includes all indoor sessions, four
continental breakfasts, one lunch, one reception, one banquet and all
refreshment breaks. Field trip registration includes transportation,
lunch, and refreshments. Spouse registration includes four continental
breakfasts, one lunch, one reception, one banquet, and a historic district
walking tour. Lodging is not included in the registration fee, and
you must make your own reservations at the DoubleTree. More
information about lodging.

advance by Visa/Mastercard or by check made out to “NC State University”.
You can register online or by printing a form and returning it to us:

Cancellations made by October
25th will receive a refund less a $50 service charge. Refunds cannot
be given for cancellations after October 25th - in this case it is recommended
you send a substitute.
