Call for Papers and Posters

Contributed papers and posters will be accepted in any of the following areas:

• Breeding Strategies and Integration with Genomics
• Testing and Selection Strategies for Gains and Sustainability
• Integration of Genetics with Silviculture for Maximum Gains
• Genetic Gain Modeling and Prediction
• Genetic Diversity and Gene Conservation
• Breeding and Deployment for Disease and Pest Resistance
• Genetic Improvement of Wood Quality
• Reproductive Biology and Seed Orchard Management
• Vegetative Propagation and Clonal Forestry
• Application of Biotechnology and Genomics in Forest Genetics and Breeding
  

The deadline for submission of abstracts is July 31, 2004. To present a paper or a poster, you must submit an abstract by July 31, 2004. See abstract guidelines for submission details.

All presentations and posters must be accompanied by a manuscript or an extended abstract (extended abstracts can be as short as one page or as long as three pages) for inclusion in the electronic proceedings. No printed version of the proceedings will be published, but the proceedings will be available online. The deadline for submission of manuscripts and extended abstracts is November 1, 2004 (at the start of the meeting). See guidelines for manuscripts or extended abstracts.
