Please use this form to submit an abstract for either a poster or oral presentation at the 2009 Atlantic White-Cedar Symposium.

Submission deadline: April 30, 2009.
Multiple abstract submissions must be filed separately.
Sorry, no paper submissions accepted for this event.
Acceptance notices will be sent no later than May 15, 2009. Once accepted, presenters should register for the conference within 30 days to acknowledge their participation.
Revisions to abstracts will be accepted until May 31, 2009 when final abstracts are due.
Final materials for the on-line proceeding are due August 1, 2009.
Proceedings materials should include any or all of the following: a PDF version of your AV presentation, final abstract, short biography of first author, full paper, or PDF of poster pages.

All abstracts should contain descriptive text that inclues (1) a clear and concise project purpose statement, (2) brief project overview and methodology, (3) explanation of results, and (4) recommendations for future research. (Final abstract and proceedings paper must later be formatted according to the American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers journal manuscript guidelines.)
