Sponsorships and Exhibitor Opportunities

Over the years the Atlantic White-Cedar Symposium has a rich history of important sponsors and exhibitors. The 2009 Symposium will provide space for exhibitors, both commercial and non-profit, in the poster presentation space, which will also be the location for refreshment breaks. Exhibitors and Sponsors will be provided a 3' x 5' covered table and 2 chairs (no pipe and drape) with limited access to electricity.

Registering to Exhibitor

Exhibit registration is a simple process, just register as a participant to the Symposium, then add to your registration fee:

• $100 exhibit fee for commercial organizations
• $50 exhibit for for non-profit organizations

Participating as a Sponsor

Sponsorships are available to support any of the following portions of the Symposium:

• Keynote speaker - help defer the travel expense of a special speaker for $500
• Daily refreshment breaks - mornings or afternoons for $250 each
• Luncheon on Tuesday, June 9 - help offset the cost of lunch for $500 and have a 10 minutes in which to make remarks at the end of luncheon.
• Happy Hour during Poster Session II on June 9 - help offset the cost of reception food and beverage for $400.
• Field trip lunch on June 10 - help defer the cost of our eastern-style BBQ lunch for $300.

Sponsors will be recognized on all printed materials, web pages, and special attractive signs that alerts participants to the generous support being provided for that portion of the Symposium. Sponsors receive an exhibit table and one full registration to the conference and/or field trip (if the Field Trip lunch is portion being sponsored). Obtaining a Sponsorship is a simple process available through the regular registration form.
