Symposium Registration

The regular participant syposium registration fee will include admission to the general plenary sessions, poster presentations, exhibits area, lunch and social on June 9th, refreshment breaks, and the field trip June 10th (transport and food included). The registration fee does not include the cost of lodging.

Key dates for registering:

• Early registration begins February 15, 2009.
• The early registration discount period ends May 1, 2009.
• Beginning May 1, 2009 regular registration fees will apply.
• The final day for registration is June 3, 2009 5pm EDST.

Cancellation Policy

When notification of your need to cancel is received before May 1, 2009 we will refund your registration fee less a $20 service charge. Notice of cancelation between May 1 and June 3 will result in a 50% refund of the registration fee. Beginning June 3, 2009 no refunds will be available and sending a substitute attendee is recommended. FEOP and the 2009 AWC Symposium planning commitee reserve the right to cancel this event should circumstances require it.
