Information You Can Trust

Individuals and families are faced with decisions and choices everyday related to time, money, food, parenting, clothing care, human relationships, health, home maintenance, home safety and aging. As these decisions are made, Cooperative Extension can offer unbiased, research-based information that will strengthen and sustain families.

FOOD & NUTRITION- Information and programs are provided on basic nutrition, physical activity, food safety, food preservation, weight control, chronic disease prevention, and healthy food preparation.

BREASTFEEDING PROGRAM

FAMILY RESOURCE MANAGEMENT - Information and programs are provided on budgeting, credit management, record keeping, estate planning, medicare, investments, debt reduction, and planning for eldercare.

HOUSING - Information and programs are provided on mold and mildew, housing affordability, home maintenance, moisture control, indoor air quality, household pests, disaster preparation and recovery, and home safety.

HUMAN DEVELOPMENT - Information and programs ae provided on aging, self-esteem, stress management, parenting skills, childcare training, human relationships, and elder caregiving.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT - Information and programs are provided on leadership and volunteer development.
