The recognition committee for NCAE4-HA is pleased to announce the call for awards applications. Take a moment to review this website and decide which award application(s) you WILL submit. Contact your district recognition chair or Crystal Smith (state chair) with any questions regarding specific award requirements and/or deadline details.

The deadline for submitting all recognition forms (State and National) to your District Recognition Committee is Wednesday, December 1, 2011. The district contact must have the applications by this date to allow the state chair to process the applications before Winter Professional Meeting on January 19-20, 2012.
ALL MEMBERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY FOR AWARDS!Note: All award applications require a brief summary of accomplishments of not more than 25 words to be used at the NCAE4HA Recognition Banquet and for certain national awards. This summary is completed ONLINE by clicking the HERE.
Review the Awards and Recognition Checklist to ensure you have included all necessary parts to your application.
Submit EIGHT ORIGINAL applications to your
District Recognition Chair by their deadline (One for each of the six districts,
one for the state chair, one for national). Submissions with less than
EIGHT original applications will NOT be considered.
EXCEPTION: Communicator Awards: ONE
original and SEVEN GOOD COPIES will be accepted to help cut costs of
reproducing.
PLEASE DO NOT STAPLE AWARDS APPLICATION. PLEASE THREE-HOLE PUNCH AWARDS APPLICATIONS.
All applications submitted become the property of NCAE4-HA.

Awards
When submitting communicator awards, please limit each program/event/activity/project to ONLY one communicator award category. When team awards are submitted, only one plaque will be given - the rest of the team will receive certificates.
Each Communicator award entry must include an abstract. The abstract should include information such as:
- objective
- target audience
- current population
- publisher's requirement
- methods used
- production costs
- impact results
- information on the role the applicant had in the entry
